Call for Presenters

We are pleased to announce the call for speakers for the 2026 Arizona Captive Insurance Association (AzCIA) Symposium taking place on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at Gainey Ranch Golf Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The AzCIA joins the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions to celebrate 25 years of captive insurance innovation. This one-day symposium brings together industry professionals, captive owners and regulators in a unique setting proven to give attendees exposure to key insights and connections across the captive insurance industry. We invite you to submit proposals for presentations and panels that provide valuable insights and practical knowledge to your audience.

Preferred consideration will be given to:

• Proposals with a panel that includes at least one captive owner
• Proposals submitted by AzCIA association members (Not a current member? We invite you to join the AzCIA by the time you submit your proposal)
• Emerging and pertinent topics. We suggest taking a current event and discussing the impact on captive insurance or how captives are a creative solution
• We have a particular interest in a discussion on how an Arizona captive could support Mexico/Latin America risks

• Short Narrative
• Intended/Proposed Speaker(s) and/or panel
