AHRIC, formed in 2015,  is a self-funded reciprocal captive arrangement domiciled in Arizona and regulated by the Arizona Department of Insurance.

Attendees will also learn about the advantages of health insurance captives that are owned by their subscribers and the positive impact they can have for their membership.

He currently serves as the Phoenix Market Leader for the Arizona Business Unit of CBIZ. He is responsible for operations and new business development for the Phoenix area, and the north eastern part of Arizona. Prior to joining CBIZ, Mr. Barberio spent over 27 years in various sales and management roles with a regional wholesale insurance brokerage.
