As a Senior Account Manager, Jun Deng mainly provides captive management services for AIG’s captive clients domiciled in the Western Region in US. Jun also focuses on captive advisory services and business development by conducting feasibility studies for prospective captive owners as well as providing innovative captive solutions for bespoke client needs. Jun has 15+ years of captive and risk management experience. She started her captive industry career with Marsh Captive Solutions as an Account Manager and provided captive management services to many clients ranging from large global corporations to medium and small enterprises. She became a risk manager and served as internal manager of captive owner’s capacity for two Fortune 500 organizations for almost 10 years where she led the launch of many large and innovative captive programs. Before Jun joined AIG, she was the President for a climate risk management focused Managing General Agent (MGA), in charge of the MGA’s business operations. Jun is a CPA licensed in California and an alumnus for Big4 accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She also holds the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
