Alison Mullikin is an Associate Director with Aon’s Captive & Insurance Management team. She is the lead contact for a large, international captive program, overseeing the daily operations of a team of professionals, ensuring timely and accurate reporting both internally and externally. Alison has 15 years’ experience in financial operations and reporting, the last 9 in the captive insurance industry. She has significant experience managing captive insurance companies for small, mid-size and Fortune 500 companies across a handful of domiciles with specific focus in the Western region. Her experience includes pure and special purpose captives, cell captives and risk retention groups and covers financial management, policy drafting and program design, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Alison began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, then transitioned into captive management, holding positions with Artex, Aon and WTW.
