Request for Contribution: CIC Service Amicus Brief

Fifteen (15)  captive insurance associations and interested party groups joined together to draft and submit an amicus brief on the CIC Services, LLC v. Internal Revenue Service. This unique case has also caught the attention of the Harvard Law School, which submitted an amicus brief. The AzCIA and Arizona captive community fully supports this case.  As one of the 11 organizations that contributed to the amicus brief we are proud to provide our support to something so near to our community.

However in this pandemic year our association falls short of the funds needed to contribute our $2,500 share of the attorney fees. Today I am asking your organization make a contribution to support the submission of this important brief. Please click on the link below to lend your support of this effort.
