Captive Service Provider Page Membership in AzCIA is open to all captive insurance companies licensed in Arizona and to all individuals and entities with a bona fide interest in the promotion, development, and maintenance of captive insurance in Arizona, all of whom are either directly involved in captives and/or support the development of a quality captive environment in Arizona. Who Should Join?
Membership Categories and Requirements AzCIA has four membership categories: Captive owners, Corporate Service Providers, Affiliates, and Associates. Captive Owners are any licensed captive insurer formed under Arizona’s captive-enabling legislation. Captive members have voting privileges and may serve on AzCIA’s Board and committees. Corporate Service Providers are any person or legally formed firm that provides products or services to captive insurance companies. Corporate Service Provider members have voting privileges and may serve on AzCIA’s Board and committees. Affiliates are those individuals who are part of the staffs of dues-paying captive owner or corporate service provider member companies. Affiliates do not have voting privileges and may not serve on AzCIA’s Board, however they may serve on association committees. Associates are those companies or individuals that are not directly associated with or working in the captive industry, but which have an interest in finding out more about captives and the AzCIA through association communications and activities. Associates do not have voting privileges and may not serve on AzCIA’s Board and committees. Membership Dues
